Specification for Replay Gain in Vorbis Comments?

Is there an official specification regarding how Replay Gain information is meant to be stored in Vorbis Comments? All Vorbis Comment related documents that I could find don't mention any details. I'm surprised that I can't find anything relevant since software supporting Replay Gain for Vorbis has been around for some 8 years now if not longer.

Disclaimer: I know how it works, I'm just looking for a reference document that I can show to someone else.
Microsoft Windows: We can't script here, this is bat country.

Sadly not...not even a spec for Album Artist, Disc Count, Track Count, album art, to name a few. Does the format no good (there are 3 'standards' for Album Artist with vorbis comments).
