Howto move status bar to top

I have a seemingly very simple question, but haven't been able to find an answer myself. What I would like is to have the playback time etcetera being displayed at the top instead of at the bottom:



I already tried layout editing mode, but the status bar gives no extra options?



Again I apologize for asking this very basic question but if someone could help me out this would be great

what you're asking isn't possible. just like it isn't possible to move the status bar in notepad or windows explorer.

but you could try foo_textdisplay for displaying some custom text in its own panel.
