Finding the Offset

I will try and explain things so bare with me.

Ok i recently finished ripping my huge cd collection into flac using dbpoweramp.

During the process of ripping the 25,000+ cds i have, roughly a couple of hundred cds had errors , so i put them through my cd repair machine and some still had errors.

Recently the law where i live changed so as long as i own the original cd i could own a legal copy of that cd, so i began using various sites to download a flac version of the cd i own , then using the offset found in the log file i began creating cd copies of the downloaded flac files (so making a non damaged duplicate of the cd i own) which is accurate etc.

Problem is i occasionally come across a cd in the flac format i own however there is no log file, so i run the files through cuetools and occasionally it will tell me the that it is Offsetted by 6: which is great , but sometimes it just doesnt tell me any offset ie
