Encoding failure

It's been some time I wanted to report this.
Encoding of long files with foobar2000 always fails.

For example, for a 2:16:25 (392882688 samples @ 48000Hz) PCM 16b 2ch
wav to mp3 (lame.exe -h - %d): Encoding failed after 2:04:16 (357888000 samples @ 48000Hz)
wav to ogg (oggenc.exe -q 4 - -o %d): Encoding failed after 1:33:12 (268416000 samples @ 48000Hz)

Both 0.8.3 and 0.9b6 seem affected.
