REQ: More Accurate EQ?

i am using etymotic's er-4p on my laptop. as i like to play around with EQs, i will really appreciate if there will be a better and more accurate EQ. for example, with 4096 bands (like winamp's ozone plugin)  then i can simulate every headphone's style

Suggest using foo_convolve for such purposes.
