Issue with metaflac --add-replay-gain

I installed 1.2.1b for Windows using the installer.
When I try to use metaflac --add-replay-gain, I get the following error ERROR: during analysis (decoding file).

I grabbed the command line package (which I don't believe is 1.2.1b) and using that version of flac.exe, I don't have this problem.

Do I need to recompile metaflac to work with 1.2.1b?

I'm trying to get AutoFLAC setup working and it craps out at the end running metaflac --add-replay-gain.
I figure if the command line won't work, the script won't either.

I couldn't find this issue outline before.
Thanks.
