Ripping to alphabet?

Currently, i have my music file structured like this:
...\First Letter Artist\Artist\Album\00-Trackname.mp3

example:
...\S\Stereolab\Dots and Loops\01-Brakhage.mp3

I've been ripping files (typically using CDEX) to a temp folder \Artist\Album\ then manually moving the files to the correct alphabet folder.  is there a way i can automatically rip to this file structure (using CDEX, EAC, or other) so that i don't have to  manually shuffle my music around?

the tricky exception would be something like "The Cure", which i would perfer to file under 'C' rather than 'T'.

You could use foobar2000's mass tagger to move your files.

A. Rip files.

B. Tag files.

C. Drop files on foobar2000

D. Select files, right click, choose Masstagger, move or rename files.

1. Make the masstagger rename/move files.
2. Use this formatting string for the target name:
\$left($if($strcmp($cut(%artist%,4),The ),$replace(%artist%,The ,),%artist%),1)\%artist%\%album%\$tracknumber()-%title%
3. Choose your music directory as the output directory
4. Let the masstagger create subdirectories according to \ and / characters.
5. Run masstagger.
