Simple LAME encoder

Hi,

I'm looking for a LAME encoder that is NOT designed for knowledgeable people. I've found my exact needs depicted in this LAME website's page:

http://lame.sourceforge.net/lame_ui_example.php

Is there actually any LAME encoder following that very nice user interface guidelines?
