XLD—Change date of skipped files? Other ideas for iTunes+Android sync?

Hey,

I am using XLD to convert my iTunes Playlist to sync it with my Android.
In XLD, I have the setting "if file with same name exists, skip" enabled.
So when I add a title to an iTunes Playlist, just this title will get converted.

The problem:
When I remove a title from the Playlist, the converted one won't be removed from the output folder.

Solution:
After converting, I will automatically delete all files in the output folder, which date is not today.

Next problem: Just the new titles will stay, all other (including the skipped one) will be deleted.
To solve this, I want XLD to "touch" the files with the same name which already exist in the output folder.
So at the moment, it is "skip and do nothing with the file".
And I want "skip and touch the file, so the date is changed".

Can this be implemented?
Have you any other ideas for my aim (sync + convert itunes playlist) ?

Best regards, and thanks for this already great piece of software!
