Here is the link http://www.101.ru/ I downloaded from the site itself asx playlists online radio in WAV format you can download them at listening to the radio channel by right-clicking on the icon to WMA bitrate 128

I think streaming WAVs was not supported because the WAV reader was not compatible with non-seekable inputs.
Full-quoting makes you scroll past the same junk over and over.

Also, right clicking on the bitrate buttons on that page does not seem to yield ASF playlists, so much as links to pages which embed a player. I was able to extract a mms:// link from one, and it does work.
