[TOS #8] From: Which would sound worse: MP3 or transcoded AAC?

In my non-ABXed opinion, the trancoded AAC would be the worse. AAC is not that much better than mp3 (in fact LAME mp3 might be even better) and the benefits of a higher bitrate are negated by the transcoded loss.
