FM tuner software for my capture card

Hi,

I'm have a PCI TV capture card which also has an FM tuner.

I'm looking for software (freeware preferably) to listen to and tune the the FM radio with?

It would be great if it had a record feature too.

I find that the software with the card (Leadtek Winfast PVR) is too bloated.

Any suggestions would be great, thanks!
