Best Encoder 2010

What is the best encoder right now for AAC? Have there even been any recent tests? If so, I'd like to hear about them.

The sort of bitrates I encode in are around the range of 192kbps, if that helps.

Edit: In terms of quality, that is. I don't care too much about encoding speed.

Today best AAC LC encoders are Nero AAC (1.5.4.0 is the latest version) and QuickTime AAC (QAAC or QTAACENC + latest QuickTime).

One of them can be better than other one for different music samples...

Thanks. I guess I'll stick with Nero AAC until further notice.
