Failed to load DLL: foo_tta.dll, reason: Unable to load DLL.

I have used  Foobar for several years, but now after a XP repair installation, when I want to play from my playlist, there is an error message- ERROR (CORE) : Failed to load DLL: foo_tta.dll, reason: Unable to load DLL.
INFO (CORE) : opening file for playback :-Downloading the latest version does not help, as it not possible to transfer the playlist. I am not certain of the correct place to put this topic, so would you please rectify this.
