Distorted voice record

Hi!

I have huge problem with recording from my Sandisk Sansa Clip+ [with rockbox]. I set MP3, 320kbps ,48KHz. I can't re-record this. Does anybody know what should I do to restore this record?

Have you looked at it in an audio editor? Almost sounds like you've got [chunk of audio] [chunk of silence] [chunk of audio] [chunk of silence] [...]. This is best handled by exporting to RAW and writing a script that sorts things out, IMO. The result won't be perfect as it's been through perceptual coding, but it should be a lot better.
