Problem with using ASIO plug-in...

Hello everyone,
i am a new user on Foobar, and i have some questions on it.
Firstly does my UA-5 support ASIO with Foobar??
If yes, which plug-in should i use??
foo_output_asio(dll).dll (dll version) Ver. 0.44b  or
foo_output_asio(exe).dll (exe version) Ver. 0.47
and how should i set the settings in the Preference to get to BEST result (listen to .wav)
