0.9RC (2006-02-21) - missing option

"Options -> Playback -> Start playing on starup" checkbox seems to be missing (comparing to 0.83 "Preferences->Core->Start playing on Startup"). I need foobar to start playing on it's own from the beginning of the song each time it starts, the "Resume playback after restart" option is no good for me.
