Playlists content lost while fransferring from W7 Foobar 1.2.9 to W8 f

I recently bought a new pc with window 8 and downloaded and installed the new foobar version 1.3.3. Now I wanted to transfer my old music and playlists  from my windows 7 (foobar 1.2.9) to my win8. I have saved my playlists at my win7 via ' save all my playlists'  in .m3u. But the pathway names are a bit different between my pcs where the music is stored. Right now I can open my playlists in Foobar, and as well I imported my music in the left column, but my playlists dont content any songs.  Can you help me?
Probably its something with the pathway names. How can I solve this easy? (and preferable with a step to step explanation since Im just a student).

Thank you so much in advance!

I have never used it myself, but you could try foo_playlist_revive.
It's only audiophile if it's inconvenient.

If it's related to the file paths, then Playlist Revive will do the job, I use it all the time, works like a charm, you can even assign a hotkey to it, whenever you need to rebuild the path, just highlight the playlist files and press the hotkey.
