Converter->Destination->Merge all tracks into one output file

I'm getting "please locate wavpack.exe" but can't seem to find it. Do I have to download that file?

Yes, foobar2000 doesn't come bundled with any encoders, so you'll have to get the WavPack binaries found on wavpack.com
