Title formatting questions

I am trying to organize my full playlist (all songs on my pc) by "%ARTIST% - %ALBUM% - %TRACKNUMBER%".

But when I do this, for example on an album with 12 songs, it is ordered like this:

01
10
11
12
02
03
etc
etc

Is there anyway to still order it by artist, then album, then tracknumber, but order it numerically, properly.

Sorry again for my bad english.

Cheers!

Just use $num(%tracknumber%,2) instead of just %tracknumber%.

You can check the titlefromat help for all other commands if you like.

I was wondering if there was a way to take a certain word that is an ALL of my mp3's "title" field.

for examp, the title is, "Megadeth - The Mechanix", but I want the title to only be, "The Mechanix".

I accidentaly scewed up all of my tags and put the artist along with the title in the TITLE field.

So, is there anyway to get rid of a certain word from the TITLE field?

heh

a friend helped me figure it out

masstagger, edit tags, add, format value from other fields, then enter TITLE for the destination field and $replace(%title%,word_to_remove,) for the formatting pattern

So there you go.
