latency during ABXing (foo_abx 2.0.0)

During ABXing as posted in http://www.hydrogenaud.io/forums/index.php?showtopic=108129, I found a minor problem after updating fb2k and ABX comparator.

1. 48k/16bit is the default setting in my windows.
2. I converted the flac file (44.1/16k) in that post into a wav file of 48k/16bit by applying the SoX resampler
3. ABXed two files without applying any DSPs.
4. Turn on 'keep playback position when changing track'

Either when changing from 44.1 file to 48k or vice versa, the lag was much longer.
I could distinguish flac and wav files just by sensing the lag length, not by picking out the actual difference (see the code below. I finished ABX so quickly)
This problem was not observed when SoX or PPHS was active.
