I understand that liquid aac encoder is a little better at the low bitrates but this is still an outstanding encoder.

i would really like to have lossless compression at 1:5million
an ALL data and thins that are llready compressed at 1:5million

Wow. Sharp answer. 

Ivan is constantly improving AACenc (Last release made big improvements to the 48-98kbps range).

But he has other projects in mind right now (Most of them regarding MPEG4), so he can´t devote much time to AACenc tuning.

Let´s wait and see what he is planning for incoming releases.
