Inconsistent bit compare results

Hi guys. I have noticed strange behaviour of binary comparator v.2.0 component (with latest version of foobar). After conversion of 1300 flac, ape, and wv images to flac (default level 5) bit compare reports mismatch in just every pair. I don't use latest free codec pack but 64 bit version of flac 1.3.1. Strangely, when I compare smaller number of files (about 100 or so), I am getting "no differences.." report. That makes me nervous because I can't decide to erase originals. Thanks in advance.

Inspect the log to see whether it compares the same files. If two are missing, it will compare track #N to track #N+1 from then on.
