guys i googled for hours and did not find the specific steps to doing what has been asked.

i got a father/son/grandson/blabla.mp3, folder structure. 40gb of flac. I need it to be mp3 but preserve the exact structure i have!

i don't care if its in the same folder replacing the flac's to mp3's. Or somewhere else.

can i achieve this with foobar?

If you use %path% in the naming scheme, it ends up almost the same, you would only get "F-\" in front if it were on the F:\ drive. It is not hard to do away with within fb2k, but for starters you might as well do the job first.
